The Chill Spot started with a simple idea: what if a café felt like a living room and a bar felt like a second home? We opened our doors on 3rd Street in Attalla to give folks a spot that's equal parts cozy and alive — whether you're grabbing a morning pour-over or settling in with a craft cocktail after dark.
We source locally when we can, craft everything from scratch, and treat every person who walks in like they've got nowhere else they'd rather be. That's not a slogan — that's just how we do things.

Single-origin pour-overs, velvety lattes, and espresso drinks made with beans roasted to order. Also: cold brew that actually lasts all week.
House-infused spirits, seasonal produce, and recipes we've tested until they felt right. If it doesn't taste like something you'd tell a friend about, it doesn't make the menu.
